Cancellation of Domain Name Registration

If you decide to cancel your domain name registration, we require notification in writing from the registrant including your Customer ID number. This authorisation should be done at least 30 days prior to any renewal date for that domain name.

Due to the different procedures of the various registries we may require you to write directly to the appropriate registry to cancel a domain name registration.
