Transferring
a Domain Name to 3 Legs Ltd
If you have already registered a domain name
with another company that you wish to transfer to 3 Legs Ltd
then please read the instructions below depending on the type of name you wish to transfer to us.

- Notify us about the transfer and include details of the domain name and your billing details.
- Contact your current service provider and ask them to transfer the name to our IPS TAG "3LEGS" .

- Notify us about the transfer and include details of the domain name and your billing details.
- Notify your current service provider to approve the transfer and disable the domain lock.

- Ensure that the admin contact for your domain name has a valid email address.
- Contact your current service provider and complete any domain release process they may have. Get the to turn off any registrar lock and provide the Authorisation Code.
- Notify us about the transfer and include details of the domain name, your billing details and the domain authorisation code.

Once we have been notified about any names to be transferred to us and any domain lock removed and/or authorisation code provided we will start the transfer process.
Please Note: Once the domain name has been transferred
3 Legs Ltd will administer the domain name. When the name is
due for renewal this will be done with us at our standard rates.
Charges
Domain names transferred to us may be subject to a transfer fee. Below are details of these fees depending on the type of domain name transferred.

- There is no fee with the transfer of these names to us.
- The registration period will not be extended. You will be charged our standard registration/renewal fee when the name is renewed at the end of its current registration period.

- There is a transfer fee of £24.00 + VAT payable for the transfer of one these names.
- The domain name registration will be extended by 1 Year.
