Common E-Mail Problems

If you are trying to access your e-mail but are getting an error there are a number of things that you should first check.

1. Can you access the Internet at all. If you cannot access the Internet then there is something wrong with your Internet Connection.
2. If you can access the Internet then check that you a access your website. If you can not access the website then there may be a server problem or a problem accessing parts of the internet.
3. If you can access your website check that the username and password in your e-mail software is correct.
4. If you are still having problems check to see if your anti virus* or firewall* software is running correctly. Check the support sections of the websites for the given software applications that you use for any known issues.
5. The above problems are the most likly. If you are still having problems then please contact out techincal support.

* If you are using free anti virus and firewall software then there may be a compatibility issue. We reccomend that you use a paid for solution that combines anti virus and firewall functionality from the same software company.
