E-Mail Problems
If you are trying to access your e-mail but are getting
an error there are a number of things that you should first check.
- Can you access the Internet at all. If you cannot access the
Internet then there is something wrong with your Internet Connection.
- If you can access the Internet then check that you a access
your website. If you can not access the website then there may
be a server problem or a problem accessing parts of the internet.
- If you can access your website check that the username and
password in your e-mail software is correct.
- If you are still having problems check to see if your anti
virus* or firewall* software is running correctly. Check the
support sections of the websites for the given software applications
that you use for any known issues.
- The above problems are the most likly. If you are still having
problems then please contact out techincal support.
* If you are using free anti virus and firewall software then
there may be a compatibility issue. We reccomend that you use a
paid for solution that combines anti virus and firewall functionality
from the same software company.
