Lost Usernames & Passwords

3 Legs Ltd will only disclose username and password information to the registrant of any domain name or hosting package. It is therefore important that your details are correct and up to date.

If you need to alter your details or request details of any username and password then you can contact us via one of the following methods.

By Post or Fax
Instructions or requests by post or fax should be made on the original letterhead paper of the company that registered the name or hosting package. You should include your domain name and a/c number (This can be found on our invoices and statements). It should also be signed by the MD or CEO of the company and include an e-mail address or fax number to which the details will be sent.

We will NOT disclose username and password information over the phone for security reasons.
